.检验规则
5.1原料入库检验
原料入库前应由公司质检部按原料标准合格后方可入库使用。
5.2组批与抽样
5.2.1在同一条件，同一生产周期下，用同一批原料生产的同一品种，同一规格的产品为一批。同一批号产品中，在检验外部包装之后，按表5规定挑出一定件数进行取样
5.2.2由检验人员自同一批号产品中，按5.2.2.1的要求随机抽取足量的样品，依产品销售包装容量的大小，每次感官检验者用2－3盒量进行感官检验，取5盒量进行净含量检验，5盒量进行理化检验，5盒混匀后进行微生物检验。
5.3出厂检验
5.3.1每批产品必须经过生产单位质量检验部门按本标准检验，检验合格并签发合格证书后，方可出厂。
5.3.2出厂检验项目为感官要求，水分，灰分，菌落总数，大肠菌群，净含量，负偏差及单片质量偏差。
5.4型式检验

应符合GB7718,GB16740及卫生部《保健食品标识规定》的规定
6.2包装
6.2.1成品内包装为符合相关国家卫生标准规定的塑料瓶。
6.2.2产品外包装为小纸盒包装，大包装用瓦楞纸箱。每样外包装上印有清晰的天蓝色保健食品标识，保健食品批准文号，产品名称，商标，生产企业名，生产日期，保质期，批号，功能成份，适宜人群，食用方法，储藏方法等。
6.2.3外包装纸箱符合GB/T6543-1986要求。
6.3运输
运输工具必须清洁，卫生，搬运时应轻拿轻放，严禁摔撞，在运输过程中，必须防止暴晒，雨淋，挤压，严禁与有异味的物品混运。
6.4储存
储存于阴凉，干燥，通风的仓库中，仓库中温度不高于35度，不得露天堆放，严禁与有毒有异味物品混储。
