I saw the tree planting activity on newsletter, I want to apply for it. I hope to have your support.
1. In today's contaminate的environment, I want to offer my service in helping the green instry.
2. I have been in 卡特 for a year, yet i have not gotten involve with any team building activity. For my future career, I hope to use this opportunity to learn how to build a healthy relationship with my co-workers and teammates.
3. At the same time, 卡特committees can further develop its goal and achievements.
你老板老外？你的中文没写好，太多希望能够，活动什么的。你在请求里太着重个人发展，你写给他的时候应该说你今天这么做，以后会为公司带来什么效益。而且这个活动没了你也不是不可以继续发展下去啊， 第1点是不错，2，3有点强差人意。不过我也不认识你老板，这只是我的片面之词

As I read the notice for plant tree activity on the newsletter, I would like to take a part with your support.
first at all, I am willing to help to protect our environment as the natural environment getting worse.
Secondly, I have joined the company for more than one year, have not had an opportunity to take part in any team building activities. To benefit and maximize the abilities of communication skills in the future, I would like to use this opportunity to build a team relationship with the other colleagues.
Finally, I suggest it could be a good idea to organized more similar activities to support the team works.
