i want to drop out of school或者直接i want to drop out.前面两个表示，我不想读书了，我想辍学了。或者 i dont want to continue my study any more.这个就是比较直接的我不想继续学习了

不知道您说的读书是不是上学之意，是的话：I don't want to go to school any more.只是“读书”的话把 go to school 改为read 就好了！
