找一个线性适配器（手机充电器类，15~20块钱左右的成本，比较合适），或者开关电源（成本较高）或者普通镍氢充电电池的充电器（成本较高），最好标称输出电压为3V~4V左右，标称输出电流在0.4A~0.6A左右（这个要看玩具需求，但通常在0.4A左右），把接出口剥掉，万用表测试好正负极，接到电池盒上的正负极，用电工胶布包好即可。
这个方案应该是比较安全，也比较现成，供参考.
