I am writing the letter to draw your attention to the problem caused by people's raising pets.Now more and more people start to raising pets.Pets are lovely and can be their friends.It will also make them feel good to have a pet around.
But every coin has two sides.pet-raising causes trouble,too.Some pets such as dogs bark day and night,which makes it difficult for the neighbours to rest.Pets' waste can lead to envirosnmental problems.Some pets are frightening and may hurt people.
